At the Doc Locks, we pride ourselves on providing the best quality vaping products and service for anyone who is thinking of quitting smoking or already has done. We only supply products that have been created professionally and are traceable to source. We take the same “high standard” approach to our customer’s data, we do it correctly! We don’t believe in selling or exchanging any of our lists or customer details. But in case you don’t believe what we are saying is true, we have set out this privacy policy, which gives you detailed information on what, when and why we collect your personal information, how we use it and when we must disclose it to others. We also explain how we keep it secure.


We may obtain information about your general internet usage by using a cookie file which is stored on the hard drive of your computer. We have areas on our website that enable you to sign up for our newsletters about promotions and offers we are running. We also like to occasionally inform you of new products that we have produced. The only information we need from you is your full name and email address. Also, at this point, you will be able to choose which lists you want to sign up for.

We use a third-party provider called MailChimp, to deliver our newsletters. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletters. You can change which lists you want to be subscribed to at any time of the day or night by clicking the update preferences link in any of our emails. You can also completely unsubscribe from all of our lists by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by emailing [email protected].


Any information you enter at at the checkout process is stored on our servers, we only keep your address details and any products you have purchased from us, your credit or debit card is processed by Paypal. You can see their privacy policy here.
